Amy Riolo is in Salt Lake City this week, as a guest to the Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy as a part of their World Affairs Lecture Series. Amy is speaking on Tuesday, September 15 at 7 pm in the Vieve Gore Auditorium at Westminster College. Her lecture is titled Culinary Diplomacy: Building Bridges Through Global Cuisine. The event is free and open to the public.
